Description
Historically, wells were locations where people gathered, connecting with those in their community. Specifically Jacob’s Well was a Biblical meeting point; a place people would come to be refreshed and pause, the place where Jesus met a Samaritan Woman.
This is an everyday medium roast coffee blend. Made up of 2 specialty grade coffees. Together they bring a depth and strength which cuts through milky drinks with ease. Dark chocolatey notes with walnut and dark toffee, makes for a richer lingering mouthfeel, muting some of the sweetness of our lighter blends.
The Indonesia Wet Hulled Sumatra ‘Ara Cahayani Gayo’ works with 2,753 smallholder farmers in the Bener Meriah subregion, also known as the Gayo Highland. This lot is sourced from a community of around 500 farmers.
The Nicaragua Finca Buena Vista, La Entrada plot, is an anaerobic natural obata. This single-varietal Marsellesa microlot utilises a raised bed natural process with an extended anaerobic cherry fermentation.
